My journey with the Power of the Yin began with an unfulfilling marriage and the longing of my soul.
I tried to convince myself that turning away from this longing was a necessary sacrifice for the greater good of my marriage.
But I felt a part of me was dying.
It took leaving my marriage to discover that I had completely abandoned my Yin essence.
As a strong, sensitive girl growing up in the feminist 70s, I had never learned, nor did I know of any models that could show me how powerful the Yin really was.
I thought being yang was the only way to survive. It was also the way to get noticed, express strength and receive praise.
I didn’t understand or trust the true power of my Yin!
Ultimately I followed my longing. It led me into a study of sacred Daoist sexuality, qigong, and the somatic healing arts.
Now I know (and continue to learn!) the Power of the Yin, and my work is dedicated to sharing this truth with YOU.
I am passionate about helping women and men connect with the source of their true power so they can thrive in their lives and help restore the harmony our world.
