Following Guides and Guidance is an inherently Yin practice.
It requires softening, opening, surrendering, following and faith.
It has become a way of life for me and it is an essential part of my teaching.
I find that people have profound, surprising and reassuring experiences when they connect with Guidance.
They also find that they knew the truth all along.
Connecting with Guides and Guidance also inherently magnifies our Power—because we are not doing it alone. We don’t have to work so hard, and in fact, all flows much more gracefully and miraculously, when we partner with this invisible, but palpable help.
The guided meditation journey I am sharing with you today is a recording from the workshop I led in Barrow, England yesterday called “Connecting with the True Source of your Power.”
